Recently, due to the combined impact of severe Typhoon Maysak and persistent heavy rainfall, rare extreme flooding emergencies occurred in multiple areas of Qinzhou. Under the ravages of torrential rain and floods, the pressure of flood control and disaster relief, stabilizing production and ensuring supply, and post-disaster epidemic prevention increased sharply. Facing this severe test, Guangxi Xintiande Energy Co., Ltd. “After the disaster occurred, our company immediately activated the flood control and emergency rescue mechanism, comprehensively carried out safety hazard inspections and rectification of the plant drainage system, production equipment, and storage areas, and strictly implemented the 24-hour dedicated duty and regular inspection and watch system to build a solid safety production barrier with strict and meticulous measures,” introduced Xie Donglin, director of the General Office of Guangxi Xintiande Energy Co., Ltd. “On the premise of ensuring the plant area safely through the flood season, the company scientifically optimized production scheduling and kept logistics and transportation channels open, making every effort to overcome difficulties brought by extreme weather, including difficulties in production and transportation, water and electricity use, and employee commuting and shift handovers, persisted in stable and full production and uninterrupted supply, effectively guaranteed the stable supply of materials for the downstream alcohol industry, and made every effort to safeguard the security and stability of the regional industrial chain and supply chain.”

While staying committed to its main business and ensuring stable production, Xintiande Energy actively devoted itself to public welfare and disaster relief. In response to the key epidemic prevention focus after floods, when the environment is humid and prone to breeding diseases, the company urgently mobilized a batch of disinfection alcohol materials and donated and distributed them to the Municipal Red Cross Society and Wuliqiao Community, specifically for regular disinfection operations in public areas, residential communities, and key venues, effectively preventing secondary public health risks after the disaster and protecting the lives, health, and safety of the people in the jurisdiction.
