厂区里林立的生产塔高高耸立，泛着金属光泽；各类巨大的管道排布有序，上下穿梭；全套生产线24小时不间歇地生产着酒精及各类酒精深加工产品……日前，记者来到中国（广西）自由贸易试验区钦州港片区，参观了广西新天德能源有限公司的生产现场。
近期，受强台风“美莎克”以及持续性强降雨叠加影响，钦州多地出现罕见极端洪涝险情。暴雨洪水肆虐之下，防汛救灾、稳产保供、灾后防疫工作压力剧增。面对严峻考验，广西新天德能源有限公司（以下简称“新天德能源”）快速响应、主动担当，一手抓防汛保产、一手抓公益捐赠，以务实举措保障产业链平稳运行，主动践行社会责任，助力地方灾后重建。
